Sourcepass, a New York City-based venture company specializing in M&A in the IT and cybersecurity industries, recently acquired a Denver-area IT services provider specializing in automation, security and cloud solutions.
machineLOGIC is the eighth acquisition completed by Sourcepass. The Englewood, Colo.-based company provides managed services to small and midsized businesses, chiefly around AI and intelligent automation technology. According to Chuck Canton, CEO of Sourcepass, the deal expands the company’s roster and geographic reach beyond the east coast of the U.S.
