FlowForma Launches AI Assistant for Process Automation

Irish intelligent automation technology provider FlowForma has launched an AI-powered process automation assistant called FlowForma Copilot. Copilot leverages agentic AI—a term that is receiving massive attention recently—to optimize the creation of automated workflows.

The Dublin-based company said Copilot is a business process assistant powered by Generative AI that can answer process-related questions and guide automation journeys by blending data and schemas with the standard AI knowledge base, enabling context-aware process definitions.

By asking Copilot for information on a process a user wants to automate, FlowForma said the tool can analyze the request made in natural language and return a fully outlined process framework, significantly reducing the time required to build and enabling users to go right to the customization process.

“With FlowForma Copilot, process automation has never been easier,” said Gerard Newman, CTO at FlowForma. “In a world where organizations face significant skills shortages and more business users want to digitalize, FlowForma Copilot accelerates how quickly process owners can map out and complete a draft of their workflow, bringing immediate value.”
