Arrakis Raises $30 Million Series A to Expand Industrial AI Deployments

Arrakis, a company that deploys AI agents for industrial operations, has raised a $30 million Series A funding round led by Blossom Capital, with participation from existing investor Accel. The round brings the company’s total funding to about $38 million.

Founded in January 2026 and headquartered in London and Paris, Arrakis focuses on industrial sectors including aerospace, energy, logistics, manufacturing, construction and telecommunications. Rather than replacing existing enterprise systems, the company deploys AI agents into existing operational workflows and ties part of its fees to customer outcomes.

The company says it has targeted industrial organizations that continue to rely on legacy software and manual processes, a better opportunity for AI deployments that can improve operational efficiency without requiring large-scale system migrations.

“The West is under growing pressure to reindustrialize, but that renaissance won’t be powered by net new companies alone. It requires equipping our industrial champions with the tools to harness their data, navigate the AI transition and compete on a global stage,” said Rafael Quintanilla, co-founder and CEO of Arrakis. “That’s exactly why we founded Arrakis. Most AI investment to date has targeted the 30 percent of workers behind a desk. The real ROI lies in the 70 percent running industrial operations.”

The funding will be used to expand the company’s workforce, strengthen its platform and security capabilities, and support growth across Europe, the United States and the Middle East.
