NEWS FOR THE AI-POWERED INTELLIGENT AUTOMATION ECOSYSTEM

SS&C Rolls Out AI-Enabled Tools for Financial Services, Healthcare at Annual Conference

After opening its annual conference by ringing the NASDAQ opening bell, SS&C Technologies this week unveiled a collection of AI-enabled products and enhancements to its current technology lineup aimed at automating workflows for its clients in the financial services and healthcare verticals.

The company announced the offerings in Orlando, Fla., where more than 1,100 developers and customers of the Winsor, Conn.-based software provider gathered at SS&C Deliver 2026 to hear how it is leveraging AI to optimize business processes.

According to SS&C, the new capabilities being introduced at the event span wealth management, retirement, alternative investments and asset management. They operate on SS&C AI Gateway, the company’s AI governance platform, while its WorkHQ agentic orchestration platform enables interoperability across the offerings.

“Agentic AI is challenging enterprises. The technology moves fast, the governance stakes are high, and organizations benefit only when the technology can be effectively incorporated into their established workflows,” says Bill Stone, chairman and CEO of SS&C Technologies.

On Day 2 of the event, Stone will conduct a fireside chat with David Booth, chairman of Dimensional Fund Advisors. The two founders explored lessons learned building their firms, the evolution of financial services, and what’s next.

Among the new offerings unveiled by the company is Black Diamond AI, which incorporates natural language queries, contextual insights and AI assistance into the company’s wealth management platform; ConnectIQ,which uses predictive analytics and consolidated investor data to help retirement advisors identify opportunities for personalized client outreach; AI-assisted data review capabilities for its GlobeOp alternative fund administration suite; an AI-powered prospecting and customer relationship management tool called Sales Prep; and a portfolio management assistant embedded in its Genesis platform.

In total, the company showcased more than two dozen offerings for financial services and healthcare firms during the conference.

SS&C also debuted The Blueprint: Customer Zero, a six-part documentary series examining how the company is implementing agentic AI internally as it introduces similar capabilities to its approximately 23,000 clients.
