Doculabs and intelligent automation platform provider ABBYY recently announced they have partnered to enable clients of the Chicago-based consultancy to leverage process mining technology. Under the agreement, Doculabs clients will have access to ABBYY’s no-code process mining solution ABBYY Timeline, enabling them to better identify, understand and automate their business processes.
Doculabs said process mining has become a priority in its interaction with its clients and that the addition of ABBYY Timeline to its Process Mining IQ knowledge center bolsters its position as a trusted resource on the topic area. The company said the partnership also will benefit customers who use Blue Prism due to ABBYY’s existing agreement with SS&C, Blue Prism’s parent company.
“Doculabs has significant experience in extending the capabilities of process mining across an enterprise at an accelerated pace. ABBYY Timeline allows us to address a broad range of use cases, particularly ad hoc processes with long-running cases such as customer service, claims, disputes, and fraud investigations,” said James Watson PhD, founder and CEO, Doculabs. “We needed a cost-effective solution that can provide clients with a faster return on investment. In addition, with ABBYY’s OEM relationship with SS&C, we are able to quickly serve our existing Blue Prism users as well as the thousands of other Blue Prism customers needing specialized process and task mining skills.”
