Amivero Taps Experienced Federal Automation Expert for Senior Post

Its immense size and the nature of the processes employed by many of its myriad agencies have made the U.S. federal government one of the largest users of intelligent automation software in the world. Amivero, a Reston, Va.-based company that provides data analytics and cybersecurity consulting, as well as process automation services, has hired Meikle Paschal, Jr. as Senior Solutions Director responsible for intelligent automation technology.

Prior to Amivero, Paschal spent more than a decade with the U.S. government serving in various roles for the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. At USCIS, Paschal spent the past five years leading the agency’s RPA Center of Excellence where he helped develop and implement the agency’s enterprise automated governance, operating model, and Robotics as a Service which ensure full lifecycle RPA adoption and sustainment within the USCIS.

Paschal also served as Data Governance Lead at USCIS, where he helped modernize immigration applications. His leadership in developing form schema parameters helped enhance data quality, minimize fraud risks, and improve the user experience for immigration applicants.
