Apromore Adds Performance Insights Copilot to Process Intelligence Platform

Apromore has released Copilot for Performance Insights as part of its version 10.4 update, expanding its portfolio of AI assistants aimed at process optimization. The new capability is designed to help organizations identify bottlenecks, benchmark team performance, and highlight automation opportunities using data-driven analysis.

The company said the tool allows business users to ask natural-language questions to compare processes across regions, channels, or product lines. Early adopters in insurance and financial services reported reductions in rework rates and faster resolution times after using the assistant.

“Executives don’t want more dashboards, they need answers they can trust,” said Apromore Co-Founder and CPO Marlon Dumas. “Apromore Copilot transforms process optimization into a conversation, so leaders can quickly diagnose what’s wrong, learn from what’s working, and act with speed and confidence.”

Performance Insights joins Apromore’s existing Copilot offerings for process discovery, simulation, and optimization. According to the company, each capability combines generative AI with process mining and simulation, with recommendations that are explainable and auditable.

Apromore said the updates reflect growing enterprise demand for AI-driven process intelligence that is accessible to non-technical users while providing governance controls suitable for regulated industries.
