Two companies in the intelligent automation space announced they have partnered with AWS to integrate their services with the cloud provider’s technology.
Massachusetts-based Pegasystems said its partnership will integrate AWS Transform and Pega Blueprint to accelerate the design and development of workflow applications for Pega and AWS users. The companies said an AI-based approach will help clients accelerate a transition to the cloud without disrupting critical business functions, allowing them to replace legacy systems quicker.
“It’s no longer enough to keep applying incremental changes to legacy systems in the AI era,” said John Higgins, chief of client and partner success at Pega. “Clients want to drive strategic business process changes to capture the AI-driven productivity improvements – eliminating technical debt and enabling dynamic and intelligent workflows are significant value drivers for organizations seeking to embrace AI to drive business agility.”
Separately, New Jersey-based automation platform provider NiCE said it has also partnered with AWS, integrating its CXone Mpower platform with AWS services such as Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Q Index and Amazon SageMaker. The companies said the agreement will aid the development and deployment of intelligent agents capable of acting based on up-to-date data, policies, and service history, without the need for manual programming.
