Alteryx, an Austin, Texas-based company that provides technology to automate advanced analytics, has partnered with U.K. RPA provider Blue Prism on a “bi-directional” integration through which customers of both companies can leverage the other’s technology.
Under the agreement, Blue Prism users can apply Alteryx data intelligence to their automations through the Alteryx Visual Business Object for Blue Prism Studio. And Alteryx’s data analyst and data scientist customers can access Blue Prism digital workers through the Blue Prism Connector for Alteryx Designer within Alteryx analytic workflow.

In addition to Blue Prism, Alteryx has been integrated into other RPA-related platforms including UiPath and ABBYY. It enables users leveraging its platform within these providers to more easily automate the extraction of data from hard-to-reach legacy applications.
