Cloud4C, a Hyderabad, India-based cloud managed services provider, has acquired a majority stake in an RPA company focused on automating help desk processes for organizations working in SAP and Oracle environments. Shell ITES Solutions, also based in Hyderabad, also provides RPA services to automate ERP, IT infrastructure and social media applications.
Automation will be the primary driver as India’s economy doubles to $5 trillion by 2025, according to a recent report. Large-scale adoption of RPA and other related automation technologies will result in more efficient, productive businesses, according to the research, and create new jobs that will drive economic growth in the second most populous nation on earth over the next half decade.
