ConnectWise, a software maker that enables remote desktop access and control for IT services providers, has enhanced the RPA solution it launched in November. The Tampa-based company said its addition of process automation capability to the Asio platform enables TSPs and MSPs meet their clients’ IT needs in a comprehensive way.
The most recent version of ConnectWise RPA offers streamlined search, more comprehensive and accurate data mapping and makes it easier for TSPs and MSPs to onboard clients.
