Genpact, a business process automation consultancy, says it has launched a rebrand aimed at positioning itself as an advanced technology company, after embracing agentic AI and process intelligence. The announcement was marked by the company’s leadership team ringing the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange.
The company, which began as a unit of GE Capital before being spun off in 2005, recently introduced GenpactNext, a strategic framework focused on developing AI solutions that autonomously orchestrate complex business processes. According to Genpact President and CEO Balkrishan “BK” Kalra, the initiative is intended to help clients run faster, more responsive operations.
“The move to agentic-driven solutions fundamentally reimagines how business gets done,” said Kalra. “We’ve built something truly differentiated: a company where process intelligence and artificial intelligence work as one.”
As part of the rebrand, Genpact is adopting a new tagline—“on it”—which the company describes as a reflection of its culture and approach to client delivery. The company said the updated brand identity represents the next stage in its transformation and highlights its efforts to expand AI-driven offerings across industries.
