A New Zealand company has released a digital forms designer enabling the creation of electronic forms it says will simplify the collection of information that can be used to automate business processes and initiate cloud-based workflows. Nintex, based in Auckland, said the forms designer will be integrated into its Nintex Process Platform. Users can produce clearer forms using drag-and-drop functionality that support sophisticated business rules making the collection of information easier for efficient process automation.

“Leveraging rules and formulas, it’s never been easier to create forms that dynamically change based on user behaviour and inline formula validation, so the user isn’t burdened with unnecessary fields or information,” said Nintex Senior Product Manager Euan Gamble. “We appreciate that IT departments continually face growing demands from business groups and that many organisations still struggle with slow, cumbersome, and error-prone paper processes.”
