Orlando, Fla.-based AI technology provider Kore.ai recently launched a no-code platform enabling businesses to build, deploy and manage AI agents that can operate and orchestrate complex automated workflows.
The company said its AI for Process features a proprietary technology called Agentic RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), that integrates advanced retrieval with intelligent agent orchestration, resulting in better accuracy and contextual understanding. According to Kore.ai, it can understand, reason, and adapt while carrying out business processes, reducing the need for human intervention while maintaining control over data security and compliance, processes, and outcomes.
