Whether they are industry-specific, guiding companies in a specialized vertical, or provide general RPA expertise, there are a growing number of entrants trying to gain a share of this exploding market.
Generally, these services help organizations obtain buy-in, identify processes that are right for automation, recommend vendors, run pilot programs, optimize processes, and more. But as the number of RPA service providers proliferates it can become complicated for end users to identify the right consulting partner.
In the report, Forrester evaluates Accelirate, Agilify, Coforge, Digital Workforce, EXL, Hexaware, ITC Infotech, NTT DATA, PK, Reveal Group, Virtusa, and Zensar using 21 criteria to help businesses understand how each could meet RPA application development and delivery needs.
