One U.K. RPA consultancy has acquired another in an M&A market that figures to only heat up in the coming years. Robiquity, based in Manchester, England, has acquired London-based Accelerate RPA to strengthen its technology offerings as it expands internationally in North America and the Middle East.
The two companies bring complementary expertise to the combined venture, according to Robiquity executives, giving clients access to the technology that fits best.
“This is a significant acquisition for us as it extends our UiPath capabilities that complement our Blue Prism expertise—providing us with industry-leading skills that support more complex automation requirements of our global customers,” said Chris Wright, Group CEO at Robiquity Group.
Robiquity was founded in 2016 and was one of Blue Prism’s earliest training partners. Financial details of the agreement were not disclosed.
