A New Jersey company that provides intelligent automation technology for the insurance industry has acquired a services provider based in Singapore to expand its presence in the APAC region.
Sapiens said it has acquired Candela, owned by Sinapore-based Azentio, which has customers in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, South Africa and Thailand. According to a Sapiens statement, Candela’s solutions are complementary to the Rochelle Park, N.J. company’s Insurance Platform and Policy Administration Systems for Life. By leveraging Candela’s Business Process Modelling (BPM) and Case Management capabilities, Sapiens hopes to enhance its offerings.
