Soroco and Apromore Partner to Yield Increased Visibility into Business Processes

Apromore, a process mining technology provider founded by University of Melbourne researchers in Australia, and Boston-based interaction data firm Soroco have partnered to produce AI technology that delivers increased operational intelligence to businesses.

In a joint statement, the companies said the combination of Apromore’s AI-driven process mining technology and Soroco’s Scout AI software will offer a no-code solution that gives businesses a complete understanding of their business processes.

“Combining task and process intelligence [with Soroco’s work graph technology] empowers business users to investigate processes at an unprecedented level of detail, context and scale—from a macro-level to investigate business performance milestones and KPIs, as well as from a micro-level to investigate individual steps in employee or customer processes that require fixing or that are suitable for automation and improvement,” said Marlon Dumas, Co-founder and CPO at Apromore. “This level of abstraction enables businesses to gain comprehensive insights into operational intelligence, rapidly discover new process enhancement opportunities, and simulate and test process modifications to ensure sustainable improvements.”

Apromore was recently named a Leader in Gartner’s most recent Magic Quadrant for Process Mining firms.
