Touchdata, an AI automation consultant and managed services provider (MSP), has partnered with ElectroNeek as its RPA and IDP platform provider, according to a joint statement from the companies.
Toronto-based Touchdata advises small and midsize businesses on AI automation strategy, autonomous agent development and workflow automation. ElectroNeek has carved out a niche providing process automation technology to MSPs offering automation services.
Touchdata said it hopes to leverage the partnership to expand its target market and the verticals it serves, which already include manufacturing, finance, logistics, retail, telecom, and BPO.
