UiPath and Deloitte said they are expanding an existing strategic alliance to include a new “Agentic ERP” offering designed to automate and orchestrate complex enterprise resource planning workflows.
The product, built on UiPath’s automation platform and Deloitte’s consulting and integration services, aims to help organizations modernize ERP environments by coordinating AI agents, robotic process automation and human workflows across core business processes.
ERP systems often sit at the center of fragmented enterprise workflows that still rely on spreadsheets, email and manual reconciliation. According to the companies, the new offering is intended to address those gaps by orchestrating work across functions such as record-to-report, source-to-pay and lead-to-cash.
The system uses New York City-based UiPath’s orchestration technology to coordinate AI agents, software robots, enterprise applications and human workers, routing exceptions to people when required. The companies said the architecture is designed to support multiple large language models while enforcing governance, security, and policy controls across automated processes.
“Together with Deloitte, we’re helping enterprises take an AI-first approach to ERP modernization,” said Hitesh Ramani, chief accounting officer and deputy CFO at UiPath. “By combining autonomous AI agents with RPA, organizations can move from assisted automation to intelligent workflow orchestration—unlocking efficiency and strategic capacity.”
As part of the expanded collaboration, UiPath said it will also support a Deloitte SAP AI and Innovation Center in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The center is intended to help organizations experiment with AI and emerging technologies in SAP environments while maintaining compliance and governance requirements.
