UiPath Integrates with Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 and Teams

At a recent conference, intelligent automation technology provider UiPath unveiled an integration of its Business Automation Platform with Microsoft’s Copilot for Microsoft 365 and Teams. The integration will enable customers of Microsoft and UiPath to automate business processes more effectively.

Microsoft made several announcements concerning Copilot at its Build 2024 developer conference that took place last week in Seattle including the expansion of Copilot from just a personal AI assistant to one that can work on behalf of a team to improve collaboration and project management.

The UiPath integration will give Microsoft customers access to enterprise-grade automation capabilities.

“Our collaboration with Microsoft integrates UiPath automations to enable potentially millions of Microsoft users to extend the power of automation within Microsoft Copilot by accessing GenAI and specialized AI models from UiPath,” Graham Sheldon, chief product officer at UiPath, said during the event. “We strive to accelerate human achievement through our end-to-end automation platform that enables any knowledge worker to automate processes, any developer to produce richer user experiences, and any business to foster transformed digital workspaces with AI and automation.”
