Intelligent automation technology provider UiPath has tabbed an executive with more than two and a half decades of technology industry experience as its new Chief Customer Officer. Kelly Ducourty will lead all customer operations, customer success and professional services, enablement, incentive design, and global partners globally in her new role at the New York City-based enterprise automation company.

Ducourty, who will report to Co-CEO Rob Enslin, most recently served as vice president of go-to-market strategy for Google Cloud and serves on the Board of Directors for several Silicon Valley tech firms. Prior to Google, she spent more than 20 years at Hewlett Packard in various sales roles, rising to lead the company’s worldwide sales excellence function.
