A global consultancy providing technology services announced a €10 million expansion that will add 200 positions serving clients in the life sciences, financial services and aviation industries in Ireland. Paris-based Expleo said the new staff members, which will represent a 25 percent growth in headcount in Ireland, will focus on hyperautomation and RPA projects that employ what it calls transformative technologies.

The first step is a regional hub within Ireland in County Cork and other offices in Galway and Limerick that will service clients around the world. The company said digitalization in all industries and the need to future proof organizations against unforeseen disruptions like Covid has made automation technology vital for nimble enterprises.

“Following extensive research of available resources and skills throughout the country, it was evident that regional hubs would provide Expleo with the additional talent and impetus we need to deliver on our ambitious growth plans,” said Phil Codd, managing director of Expleo Ireland.
