Process mining pureplay Celonis announced recently it is continuing its global expansion efforts in the Asia-Pacific region by naming Pascal Coubard to head a new Australia and New Zealand office. The German process intelligence pioneer said Coubard will focus on growing its business in those English-speaking APAC countries and supporting existing clients in healthcare, telecommunications and food and beverage manufacturing.
Coubard has more than two-and-a-half decades experience in global IT sales, most recently leading cloud sales in the APAC region for Teradata. His previous experience includes stops at Oracle and Hyperion. Celonis’s APAC presence also includes offices in India, Japan and South Korea.
“Bringing Pascal onto the team represents an exciting milestone for us,” said Philippe Mathieu, senior vice president EMEA and APAC, Celonis. “He is the right person to position Celonis for long term success in ANZ and the wider APAC region. Pascal’s breadth and depth of expertise will be invaluable to our current and future customers, and help them yield immediate cash impact, radically improve customer experience, and reduce carbon emissions.”
