Larger technology firms continue to gobble up RPA startups, hoping to augment their solutions with automation. The most recent example is Cleveland-based content services provider Hyland acquiring German RPA firm Another Monday. Hyland says its addition of Another Monday’s RPA capabilities to its platform will enable clients to automate processes around content management bolstering their digital transformation strategies.

“Adding RPA to Hyland’s content services platform extends and augments our low-code process automation offerings, enabling a next level of digital transformation to all of our customers,” said Bill Priemer, president and CEO of Hyland. “We look forward to getting to know our Another Monday colleagues, welcoming our new customers and partners to the Hyland community and incorporating this powerful technology into our existing solutions.”

Hyland, founded in 1991, has around 3,500 employees worldwide. Cologne, Germany-based Another Monday, which counts T Mobile, PwC and KPMG among its customers, also has offices in Austria and the Netherlands. The companies did not disclose financial terms of the deal.
