Intelligent automation technology provider UiPath announced two partnerships recently—one aimed at enabling more midsized healthcare companies to benefit from process automation and the other aimed at helping businesses gather and use more data in their automation initiatives.

UiPath said it will integrate its technology with Apprio to help smaller healthcare providers leverage automation to optimize revenue cycle management processes.

“We are seeing increased demand from customers who want pre-built or full-service solutions from Apprio that make implementing, maintaining, and scaling automation practices much more simplified, convenient, and cost effective,” says Darryl Britt, president and CEO of Apprio. “The managed services model provides customers with immediate return on investment while benefiting from our deep automation expertise in license management, implementation, and ongoing development and support.”

The second partnership, with data analytics giant Teradata, will focus on several things that will enhance AI-powered automation initiatives. The companies said UiPath users will be able to leverage enterprise data from Teradata, collect data from disparate sources, automate data quality and enrichment and simplify data ingestion and maintenance.

“With various AI technologies being implemented in enterprises at a fast-growing rate, businesses must manage and process significant volumes to get the maximum value from AI-powered automation,” said Dhruv Asher, senior vice president of Alliances and Business Development at UiPath. “We believe the partnership with Teradata can help our customers achieve this and drive new AI use cases in their industries and significantly improve data-driven insights.”
