Intelligent automation software provider ABBYY said it has named Arnaud Lagarde as its vice president of sales for its Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. Lagarde is an automation vet, most recently serving as chief revenue officer for OctaiPipe.
ABBYY executives noted Lagarde’s sales experience with AI-driven systems and automation technology including Federated Learning, large language models (LLMs), reinforcement learning, and computer vision.
“Arnaud brings a rare combination of deep technical acumen and commercial leadership across AI, automation, and advanced analytics,” said ABBYY’s Chief Revenue Officer, Neil Murphy. “His experience in driving complex enterprise transformations and building high-performing teams makes him an ideal fit for ABBYY as we scale across EMEA and deliver even greater value to our customers.”
Lagarde noted that intelligent automation has reached a pivotal point across the EMEA region and his experience scaling AI and automation businesses across multiple continents and industries will help ABBYY customers there accelerate growth and drive improved business outcomes.
