A Tampa technology firm specializing in process automation has closed on a $31 million funding round led by Meritech Capital. Rewst, which offers an automation platform specifically built for Managed Service Providers (MSPs), said it will use the capital infusion to bolster its product, customer success, education and Robotic Operations Center teams.

Rewst focused on building automation technology for MSPs because they typically have hundreds of repetitive processes and their IT environments usually require more native integrations than many RPA tools offer. Rewst said its platform has built-in integrations to products used by many MSPs including Acronis, ConnectWise, Datto, Duo, Huntress, ITGlue, Kaseya, Microsoft, OpenAI, Pax8, and SentinelOne.

“Automation is at the top of the list [of needs for MSPs] right now,” said Aharon Chernin, CEO and founder of Rewst. “From the beginning, we’ve focused on building not just the best platform for MSPs but a community where users learn from, and support, one another. With this funding, we will continue building out our ROC, training, and product, adding dozens of new integrations and enhancing the workflow building experience.”
