UiPath has introduced two new offerings on Salesforce’s AgentExchange marketplace, aimed at extending automation and orchestration capabilities for Salesforce users within agent-driven enterprise workflows.
The products—UiPath Maestro Connector and UiPath CX Companion—are designed to integrate AI agents, automation tools, and enterprise systems within Salesforce environments. The launch reflects ongoing efforts to connect front-office interactions with back-end processes through unified workflows.
Maestro Connector acts as an orchestration layer, linking Salesforce tools such as Agentforce and Flow with systems across finance, HR, supply chain, and ERP. It enables organizations to coordinate AI agents, automations, and human inputs within governed processes, with features including monitoring, exception handling, and compliance controls.
CX Companion, meanwhile, is focused on contact center operations. Embedded within Salesforce, it provides agents with contextual data, recommended actions, and the ability to trigger workflows across systems without switching interfaces.
“Agentic transformation isn’t just about deploying AI—it’s about governing it within end-to-end workflows that connect customer engagement to back-office execution,” said Raghu Malpani, chief product and technology officer at UiPath.
