UiPath has joined the software industry’s largest vendor-neutral support alliance enabling it to leverage external engineering and customer success assets. As part of TSANet, UiPath said it can fast-track interactions with other vendors and resolve integration issues faster.

“Direct and timely communication between technical and customer success teams is critical when resolving product integration issues that involve multiple parties or customizing the requirements of a shared customer,” said Michael Binder, senior vice president of Global Services for UiPath. “TSANet allows us to have a single point of contact with more than 800 technology companies and facilitate collaboration between teams to solve integration issues faster and easier. This partnership is yet another critical activity in our commitment towards building and enabling a world-class partner network.”

UiPath is the first automation pureplay to be part of TSANet. TSANet’s president Dennis Smeltzer acknowledged the growth of automation services and the importance of having an automation vendor as part of the collaborative.
