Intelligent automation technology provider Automation Anywhere said it has partnered with customer experience solutions provider Alorica. Irvine, Calif.-based Alorica will integrate Automation Anywhere’s intelligent automation capability to bolster its automated CX solutions that require more human intervention, the companies said in a statement.
“Our partnership gives Alorica the power of our Intelligent Automation platform to reimagine the future of customer service and contact center experiences,” said Mihir Shukla, CEO and co-founder of Automation Anywhere. “Our collaboration empowers Alorica to deploy next-generation CX solutions for companies, leveraging GenAI to significantly enhance customer experiences for Alorica’s clients and their end-user customers.”
Generative AI technology enables human users to articulate how they want automations to work. The companies said the partnership will enable Alorica customers to automate quote generation, advanced image recognition or handle multiple intents.
