Infor, a New York City-based provider of industry-specific ERP technology, announced recent updates to its platform that include the addition of a generative AI-based assistant and process mining capabilities.
The company, which provides ERP software tailored for specific verticals including healthcare, public sector, manufacturing, retail and others, said the Gen AI assistant and process mining enhancements will enable users to automate workflows and gather deeper insights into and understanding of their business processes.
