Kanerika Launches Turnkey AI Agents for Legal and Compliance Teams

As agentic AI takes a far more prominent role for process automation in 2025, organizations will begin evaluating purpose-built agents with the capability of doing autonomous work in specific industries. Rather than build them in-house, many will look to out-of-the-box solutions. Austin, Texas-based Kanerika recently announced the availability of several AI agents designed for common industries.

Kanerika recently launched three AI agents—Alan, Susan and Mike—for legal and compliance teams. Alan is a legal document summarizer that turns lengthy documents like contracts and legal briefs into concise summaries in plain language. Susan ensures that sensitive information is properly redacted for outside review. And Mike checks quantitative data within documents for mathematical accuracy.

“We believe AI agents are the future of work,” said Samidha Garud, Co-founder and CEO of Kanerika. “With the launch of Alan, Susan, and Mike, we’re addressing some common yet labor-intensive business tasks. These AI agents save valuable employee time, enhance productivity, and reflect our commitment to innovation and enterprise growth.”
