Graas Raises $17 million, Acquires Trustana to Bolster Platform for AI Agents

AI-driven enterprise technology provider Graas has raised $17 million in Series B funding and acquired product data platform Trustana. The Singapore-based company said the funding and acquisition will enable it to strengthen the data infrastructure underlying the company’s AI agent platform rather than focus solely on agent development.

The funding round was led by LemmaTree, with participation from Integra Partners, Tin Men Capital, The Xander Group, Incred Wealth and Orzon. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.

The company noted that organizations that may have rushed to implement large language models are beginning to understand the quality and organization needed from their business data for AI agents to perform operational tasks. Graas said combining product, customer and transaction data allows retailers to deploy agents across commerce workflows, including product recommendations and sales interactions.

“It’s the combination, not any single piece,” said Prem Bhatia, Co-founder and CEO of Graas. “Big tech can build agent infrastructure, but agents are only as good as the data feeding them. Our edge is unifying product, now enriched by Trustana, customer, and transaction data into one knowledge graph, ontology layer, and domain-specific agents trained on live commerce workflows across categories like agriculture, pharma, fashion, and consumer durables. That vertical depth and proprietary transaction data are harder to replicate than the agent tooling layer itself.”

Graas said it will use the new funding to invest in its knowledge graph technology and expand sales operations across India, Southeast Asia, Australia and the Middle East. The acquisition also broadens the combined company’s enterprise customer base across those regions.
