Newgen Software has appointed Tarun Nandwani as chief executive officer and created a new chief growth officer position as part of a leadership restructuring it says will support the company’s next phase of expansion and its AI-driven enterprise automation strategy. The changes take effect Aug. 1, the New Delhi-based company said.
The newly created chief growth officer role will be filled by Pramod Kumar, who will be responsible for worldwide growth strategy, partnerships, market expansion and customer acquisition.
The leadership changes come amid Newgen positioning its platform as an AI orchestration technology that combines content, workflows, communications and data into a unified operating environment. The company says the updated structure will strengthen its ability to support organizations pursuing AI-driven business transformation.
Nandwani said the company’s focus remains on helping organizations embed intelligence into business operations.
“Newgen’s journey has always been defined by innovation, customer trust, and a passion for solving complex business challenges,” he said. “I am honored to take on this responsibility at a time when enterprises are rethinking how they operate in an AI-first world. Our vision is to help organizations orchestrate intelligence across every process, interaction, and decision.”
Both executives are Newgen veterans. Nandwani has led global operations and delivery efforts, while Kumar has spent more than 27 years overseeing business and geographic portfolios as Newgen expanded internationally.
