Spotnana has joined the growing ecosystem of companies focused on delivering agentic automation to specific business verticals. The company, based in New York City, has added multi-agent AI architecture to its travel platform and released a set of AI capabilities designed for travel agents. It says the architecture is built around specialized AI agents that perform discrete tasks through predefined APIs and deterministic workflows.
According to Spotnana, the platform allows customers and partners to build their own AI agents and integrate them with other enterprise systems. Initial production capabilities focus on automating routine servicing tasks, importing externally booked trips, assisting travel agents with AI-generated responses and conversation summaries, and providing analytics on completed servicing work.
“For years we have worked to automate every servicing workflow across every source of content, so travelers could do more without asking an agent for help,” said Ashish Chaudhary, Executive Vice President of Engineering at Spotnana. “Our AI architecture builds on that foundation and extends it even further, opening the door to a new generation of traveler experiences.”
Spotnana said additional AI capabilities for travelers, travel managers and travel agents will be released over the coming months using the same underlying architecture.
