German intelligent automation consulting and services firm Roboyo has named Derk Weinheimer interim CEO as Co-Founder Nicolas Hess steps aside temporarily for personal reasons. Hess says he expects to return to Roboyo in a new role in July of 2024.

After a flurry of acquisitions in 2021 and 2022, Roboyo became what it says is the largest intelligent automation consultancy in the world. In a statement, Roboyo noted that Weinheimer joined the organization in 2021 as its global chief business officer and was “instrumental” in its growth.

At the same time, the company announced it has named Paul Nannetti as Executive Chair. Based in London, Nannetti has served on the boards of several European tech companies as well as executive roles at Capgemini and other technology firms. Weinheimer and Nannetti are “poised to take Roboyo’s automation capabilities to the next level,” according to the statement.
