Stonehill, a Tampa-based consultancy specializing in business process engineering, program management, and post-merger integration, said it has launched a Center of Excellence for AI, Automation and Advanced Analytics. The company said its clients can leverage the new CoE to develop strategy and a roadmap around intelligent automation implementations.
Stonehill noted that while interest in AI and automation is high among businesses, many struggle to harness the cost savings and productivity gains without guidance.
“Many of our clients have asked about AI and how to incorporate within their business,” said Doug Pace, CEO of Stonehill. “They are excited at the potential that it offers, but struggle with how to quantify, design, and build a path to realize value. Our Center of Excellence aims to be a guiding light, offering practical solutions and empowering companies to thrive in the digital era.”
Pace said the CoE exists to “demystify” the technology through a combination of real-world case studies, practical AI-driven automation solutions and expert guidance.
