Alpha Omega Integration, a Washington, D.C.-area software consultancy working mainly with the federal government, has acquired Reston. Va.-based RPA specialist Confiance Group. Financial details of the agreement were not disclosed.

At the beginning of this year, the General Services Administration released a “playbook” that contained guidance for all federal agencies of the U.S. government that wanted to explore automation using RPA. For consultants advising the federal government on technology solutions, RPA became a must-have.

To bolster its RPA and hyperautomation expertise, Alpha Omega nabbed Confiance, a channel partner of Automation Anywhere, UiPath and Kryon.

“We will be able to deliver end-to-end disruptive solutions beyond RPA by combining complementary technologies such as AI, Business Process Automation (BPA) and Low Code,” said Mahe Rangareddy, CTO of Alpha Omega. “This acquisition will instantly help our innovative employees start integrating RPA capabilities into current contracts and help customers focus on higher-value work while automating complex, routine and mundane tasks.”
