Process mining pureplay Celonis said it has named a tech and banking veteran to take over as Chief Customer Officer. Dilipkumar Khandelwal spent nearly two decades in senior leadership at ERP giant SAP. Most recently he served as managing director and CEO of India at Deutsche Bank.
Khandelwal’s appointment underscores Celonis’s strategy to focus on customer ROI, enabling them to drive value from their processes and AI deployments.
