OutSystems, a Boston-based application developer, has partnered with SAP to provide low-code applications to customers of the CRM software giant making it easier to automate critical processes. As part of SAP’s PartnerEdge program, OutSystems can now integrate its platform with  SAP S/4HANA and SAP NetWeaver, which the company found was one of its customers’ most common needs.

“Enterprise teams face significant pressure to deliver sustainable business results, which means more applications, at faster speed, with peak performance, and this is what our integration with SAP solutions is doing for companies today,” said Paulo Rosado, founder and CEO of OutSystems. “It’s now easier for enterprises to activate their investments in SAP technologies by building business-critical apps that help improve operations, customer experiences, processes and migrations to SAP S/4HANA.”

OutSystems said customers in different industries have combined its platform with RPA and SAP to build applications that automate things like rebate management systems, retail store operations and the recording and monitoring of service requests.
