Hoboken, N.J.-based RPA technology provider NICE announced the release of its most recent software version that leverages AI to identify existing process sequences and, in essence, automate the automation.
Version 7.4 of the company’s technology captures and displays recommended process sequences within an organization and uses a new feature – Click to Automate – to build automations for those processes automatically.
